Research Survey

Wed, March 25, 2015 7:54 AM | Anonymous

We are administering a survey to collect data thst will be used to determine the self-perceived value that occupational therapists feel they have when contributing to a medical missionary team. We are conducting this research under the supervision of Dr. Banks and with the outcome of this survey we plan to determine if occupational therapists believe that they are valued as members of a interdisciplinary team on a medical mission trip. We received IRB clearance to continue this survey in November 2014. The anonymity of the individual will be preserved by having the individual use the link to reroute them from the original email onto the secure site, surveyMonkey. From there the site does not require any personal data that can be linked to any individual. Attached is the link to the survey to further our research. Please complete at your convenience and share with other occupational therapy professionals. Participation would be greatly appreciated by Saturday!
